• Failure to provide adequate credit may result in your inclusion on my blacklist, meaning you will be banned from my profile and will no longer be eligible to receive commissions from me.
• Please don't pressure me. Most orders are completed within a week, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend the delivery time.
• Please have all the necessary information at hand before contacting me. Knowing exactly what you want helps speed up the process and ensures fewer revisions later.
• Prices are occasionally negotiable, but not guaranteed. I already keep my rates as affordable as possible, and commissions help cover my expenses while I am out of work. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my prices.
• Both you and I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. However, if you cancel after I have already started working on your order, no refund will be issued.
• You may request that I use resources created by other editors (such as PSD colorings), provided you credit the original creators accordingly. I will not purchase paid resources for your commission, and neither paid nor free third-party resources will be included in any PSD files delivered to you.
• You are not permitted to repost, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse my PSD layers or editable files. All commissioned work is for personal use only. Each layout license is valid for one person per purchase, unless multiple people contributed financially to the commission. Sharing my files with anyone else is considered theft.
