• If 20 days have passed since payment was received and no completed commission has been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund, provided no final product has been supplied.
• A full refund will also be granted if I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, hospitalization, or any situation that makes it impossible to complete the project.
