• The commissioner receives the rights to use the finished product for its intended personal purpose, while I retain ownership of all original source files, editable files (such as PSDs), and the underlying design.
• My layouts, templates, graphics, and any part of their design may not be reproduced, redistributed, modified for resale, or used for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.
